How Prioritizing Suddenly Becomes Automatic
Just want to see it? Watch the video below.
Imagine… your team standing around a table with a blue tablecloth on it.
Mini whiteboard tiles are handed out, with each individual asked to write answers to the question posed.
One by one, the team brings these onto the mat. They form clusters and connect them using wooden bridges.
Each participant receives two raised tiles and is asked to place them simultaneously with the entire team on the tiles that are most important. Reflection follows: what do we see? What is higher (and therefore more important) than the rest?
But now, there's still a lot of elevation. Imagine: the carpet is the sea. There's stress in the organization. Too few resources. Too little time. The water level is rising. Anything that isn't raised by at least 2% will be submerged and can't receive any attention. How does this affect you?
The team receives additional raises and the opportunity to move raises through dialogue until they collectively agree on priorities.
Adding various wooden figures can provide further depth, for example, by focusing on the most important stakeholders, etc.
Interaction. Alignment. Focus. Almost effortless! Experience it for yourself now.
A workshop of your desired duration, where we will explore the issues that fit your organization or team.
At the end of the session: a shared understanding of priorities, which brings renewed focus to the team and enables concrete next steps.
For leaders and teams who want to explore solutions and create focus. Where too much is being done at once, causing everything to stall. Nothing really moves. Or only very slowly.
Setting priorities has never been easier! And the method ensures that they are naturally embraced by the entire team.
