How do we work?
Prioritizing: WHICH projects to do now
Management prioritizes the right projects needed to realize the strategy through strategic portfolio management.
Initiation: determine the WHAT of a project
Coordinate the project assignment between the client and project manager and determine who you will need for the project.
Planning: Determine the HOW of a project
Develop the project assignment into a detailed project plan, together with the appointed project team members.
Execute: Execute the project plan (DOE)
In this phase, you simply execute the agreed-upon plan efficiently and adjust where necessary. "Go slow in order to go fast."
Transfer & Close: Get results
Don't abandon the project too soon. Hand it over to the organization, monitor results, and celebrate successes.

Projects, Programs and Portfolios: How it all comes together
Whether you are taking on a single project or undergoing a major transformation – everything starts with overview and coherence. A project ensures improvement at a specific point. A program bundles multiple projects that together create a greater impact. And a portfolio? That helps make the right choices among all those good ideas.
A PMO (Project Management Office) keeps everything together. Think of it as a smart director behind the scenes: ensuring the right things happen, that obstacles are resolved, and that you, as an organization, truly move forward – without getting lost in your own plans.
It may seem like a lot, but with the right structure, it becomes surprisingly manageable and feasible. And I am happy to help with that.
